Just recently, in 2005, the Group TRANCHANT took control of the company CARO DEVELOPPEMENT.The Group Tranchant, founded in 1987, is the only casino group in France which both manufactures gambling equipment and imports and distributes slot machines. Today it has 18 gambling establishments in France, 4 in Santo Domingo and 1 in Switzerland (Basel), and has a staff of more than 1 700.
